SUMMARY OF POSITION:
This position is responsible for being the key interface with customers regarding order fulfillment and delivery and quality issues for the sales group. The position is our primary interface with customer buyers and is fully responsible to provide timely, quality information support with a high degree of customer service orientation and timeliness. This position needs to build a successful relationship with associates at all organization levels to maintain an atmosphere of trust and respect.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

- Enters and maintains sales orders with accurate prices, due dates, and ship locations in ERP system.
- Maintains customer files, records, and correspondence including, but not limited to, purchase orders, engineering changes, return material authorizations, etc.
- Resolve Customer issues efficiently, escalating when necessary while maintaining professionalism.
- Participates in production/team meetings to communicate changing customer delivery requirements, quality feedback and product changes.
- Assists customers in coordinating deliveries and product due dates.
- Enters customer forecasts in ERP system.
- Relays shipment and order status information to customers and to operations upon changes or customer requests.
- Coordinates all domestic and international transportation for shipment of order with shipping/receiving to customer routing guidelines.
- Works with shipping/receiving to resolve customer problems with deliveries.
- Issues and processes Return Material Authorizations and Corrective/Preventative Action Notices into system in accordance with current ISO process and within defined time frames.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfacation and efficiency.
- Assists Accounting department with resolving price/invoice issues managing past due accounts receivables to with six days of terms.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- plus a minimum of three to five years related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- ERP Experience - Epicore a plus
- Microsoft
- Computer / Data Entry / Customer Service interactions
