Responsibilities
- Greeting visitors, managing appointments, and maintaining a tidy reception area
- Organize files, maintain records, and perform clerical tasks such as proofreading, filing, and data entry with high accuracy
- Demonstrate exceptional phone etiquette and active listening skills to provide outstanding customer support and resolve issues efficiently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual abilities are a plus
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to type and use 10-Key
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Be on your feel most the day, consistently moving, bending, and be able to pick up things up to 40lbs. This is not a sit down job.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
