Position Summary
The Facilities & Hospitality Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a consistently clean, organized, polished, and welcoming environment throughout the plastic surgery practice, medical spa, and patient-facing areas. This position plays an important role in creating the elevated patient experience our practice is known for.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, dependable, proactive, and takes personal pride in maintaining a beautiful environment. They should be able to recognize what needs to be done without constant direction and understand that cleanliness, organization, presentation, and hospitality are essential components of the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Facility & Cleanliness
- Maintain a consistently clean, orderly, and pristine appearance throughout the facility.
- Regularly inspect patient-facing areas and address cleanliness or organization needs throughout the day.
- Maintain waiting areas, hallways, common areas, break rooms, bathrooms, and other designated spaces.
- Dust, wipe, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and spot-clean as needed.
- Ensure mirrors, glass, countertops, doors, fixtures, and other highly visible surfaces remain clean and presentable.
- Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized break room, including countertops, tables, appliances, and common areas.
- Keep bathrooms clean, stocked, and presentation-ready at all times.
- Identify maintenance, repair, or facility concerns and communicate them to the appropriate member of management
Laundry & Linens
- Complete daily laundry as needed, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens.
- Maintain appropriate inventory of towels, linens, blankets, and other designated supplies.
- Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and efficient.
- Notify management when linen or laundry supplies need to be replenished.
Hospitality & Patient Experience
- Help ensure the practice consistently reflects a luxury, hospitality-focused environment.
- Maintain waiting areas so they are clean, organized, comfortable, and visually appealing.
- Straighten furniture, pillows, décor, magazines, refreshments, and other patient-facing items throughout the day.
- Monitor patient-facing areas throughout the day rather than relying solely on a morning cleaning routine.
- Assist with maintaining a welcoming environment for patients, guests, and team members.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism while working around patients and clinical operations.
Supplies & Errands
- Monitor inventory of designated hospitality and facility supplies.
- Maintain appropriate levels of coffee, creamers, filters, beverages, paper products, cleaning supplies, bathroom supplies, and other approved items.
- Complete grocery and supply runs as requested or needed.
- Use the company purchasing card responsibly and maintain receipts/documentation according to company policy.
- Communicate supply needs before items run out.
Organization
- Maintain designated storage areas in a clean, organized, and functional manner.
- Ensure supplies are properly stored and easy for team members to locate.
- Assist with seasonal decorating, special events, patient events, and other facility-related projects as needed.
- Assist with preparing the facility for meetings, events, and other special occasions.
Expectations
- Take ownership of the appearance of the facility.
- Be proactive rather than waiting to be assigned every task.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and presentation throughout the entire workday.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, hotel services, private housekeeping, healthcare facilities, or a similar environment preferred.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Dependable and punctual.
- Comfortable working independently.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks throughout the day.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong sense of cleanliness and presentation.
