Are you a relationship-driven sales professional with a passion for helping patients heal and thrive at home? We’re seeking a motivated Account Executive – Home Health to grow referral partnerships, expand community awareness, and connect patients with high-quality in-home clinical care.
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted resource to physicians, hospitals, and community partners—educating them on home health services and driving referral growth through strong relationships and consistent outreach.
What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, discharge planners, case managers, and community partners
- Promote home health services and educate referral sources on eligibility, clinical outcomes, and care coordination
- Drive referral volume and support census growth through targeted sales and marketing activities
- Plan and implement community education and outreach initiatives
- Support the development of new programs and service offerings
- Assist in creating and maintaining annual marketing plans and performance goals
- Maintain accurate referral, physician, and marketing databases
- Coordinate business development efforts within medical networks
- Partner with clinical and operational teams to ensure a smooth referral and admission process
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong understanding of consultative healthcare sales
- Team-oriented mindset with high professional and ethical standards
- Ability to travel within a 75-mile radius of the home office (occasionally more)
- Valid driver’s license with reliable, insured transportation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
- Home health, healthcare sales, or clinical liaison experience preferred
