Personal Care Assistant (PCA)
What You’ll Do
As a Personal Care Assistant (PCA), you’ll help elderly individuals and those with disabilities remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes.
You’ll provide support with:
- Personal care and bathing
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Running errands
- Assistance with daily activities
- Companionship and general support
What You’ll Bring
- A mature, dependable, and caring attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Strong communication skills
- Dependable transportation
- Valid driver’s license and liability insurance
- Ability to pass required OSBI screening
- CNA/CHHA certification is a plus, but not required
- No previous experience required — we will train the right person!
