Hospice Chaplain

We're looking for a compassionate Hospice Chaplain who is called to support patients and families during one of life's most meaningful journeys. In this role, you'll provide spiritual care, emotional support, and compassionate guidance while working as part of an interdisciplinary hospice team to ensure each patient's wishes, beliefs, and values are respected.
What You'll Do
- Provide spiritual care and emotional support to hospice patients and their families
- Conduct spiritual assessments and develop individualized plans of care
- Offer prayer, counseling, and grief support based on each patient's beliefs and preferences
- Collaborate with nurses, social workers, physicians, and the hospice team to provide holistic care
- Support families through end-of-life transitions and the bereavement process
- Complete timely and accurate documentation

What You Bring
- Degree in Theology, Divinity, Pastoral Studies, or a related field preferred
- Previous chaplain, pastoral care, hospice, healthcare, or ministry experience preferred
- Knowledge of end-of-life care and the hospice philosophy
- Ability to provide spiritual care to individuals of all faiths, beliefs, and backgrounds
- Excellent communication, empathy, and interpersonal skills
- Current driver's license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
