What You'll Do
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and laundry
- Observe and report changes in the patient's condition to the supervising nurse
- Complete timely and accurate documentation of care provided

What You Bring
- Current Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification, as required by state regulations
- Previous home health, hospice, caregiving, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and stay organized
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance
