Overview

We are seeking an innovative and versatile Digital Solutions Leader with full-stack .NET expertise, strong business acumen, and a passion for driving digital transformation through AI, automation, and intelligent systems. This role will design and implement a custom CRM solution integrated with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) while introducing AI-driven workflows, analytics, and predictive capabilities that empower our teams across clinical, operational, and sales / marketing functions. In addition to leading technology initiatives, this position will collaborate with executive leadership to strengthen our digital presence, enhance marketing materials, and help define how AI and data shape our future.

Key Responsibilities

CRM & Systems Development

• Architect and build a custom CRM platform tailored to organizational workflows and seamlessly integrated with HCHB.
• Implement AI-powered features such as lead scoring, automated follow-ups, and intelligent case routing.
• Develop APIs, data pipelines, and integrations between CRM, HCHB, and other business systems.
• Enhance visibility across departments through custom dashboards, predictive analytics, and AI-driven insights.
• Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and propose new tools to improve efficiency and quality of care.

AI Strategy & Implementation

• Identify and prioritize AI use cases across departments, including referral management, patient risk prediction, staff optimization, and documentation support.
• Partner with leadership to pilot LLM-based tools, chatbots, and process automations that improve employee productivity and patient outcomes.
• Develop and manage data collection, governance, and integration strategies to support AI initiatives.
• Stay current on ethical AI practices, compliance, and data privacy regulations in healthcare technology.

Digital Marketing & Brand Innovation

• Collaborate with the CEO to modernize and manage the company’s website and social media presence.
• Use AI-enhanced design tools (e.g., Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ChatGPT, Midjourney) to create digital content and collateral.
• Support content planning, branding consistency, and analytics for digital campaigns.
• Contribute to creative materials such as brochures, email templates, and brand collateral with a data-driven and innovative mindset.
• Order and, when necessary, create brochures, maps, slicks, and all marketing supplies, including but not limited to chachkis, brochures, and promotional items. Maintain rigorous expense controls and inventory oversight for all marketing assets.
• Design, develop, and maintain the company website, ensuring a modern, secure, and high-performance digital presence aligned with brand and growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5 years of full-stack development experience with .NET / C#, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and modern frameworks (React, Blazor, Angular).
• Experience developing custom CRM or enterprise systems, preferably integrated with healthcare platforms such as HCHB.
• Familiarity with AI tools, APIs, and platforms (OpenAI, Azure AI, TensorFlow, Power Automate AI Builder, LangChain).
• Knowledge of data modeling, APIs, and system integrations in secure environments (HIPAA experience preferred).
• Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, analytics, and branding fundamentals.
• Excellent communication, initiative, and problem-solving skills.

• Develop and launch a custom CRM integrated with HCHB within 6 months.
• Implement at least three AI-driven capabilities such as automated intake, referral tracking, or predictive analytics in year one.
• Deliver quarterly updates to website, branding, and digital engagement tools using AI-assisted design.
• Create a roadmap for ongoing AI adoption and employee enablement across the organization.
