Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems to answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls efficiently
- Maintain accurate appointment calendars using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools, ensuring optimal scheduling flow
- Handle all front desk duties including check-in/check-out procedures, payment processing, and client record management
- Support office management tasks such as filing, data entry, proofreading, and maintaining organized client files
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client needs promptly and professionally while maintaining proper phone etiquette
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk operations, office management, or administrative support within a salon or similar environment
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy setting
- Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clientele effectively
- Demonstrated experience with multi-line phone systems and professional phone etiquette
- Knowledge of clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and calendar management to ensure smooth daily operations
- Previous experience in customer service roles with a focus on client satisfaction and support
- Ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Personal assistant or office assistant experience is a plus for supporting team needs
