Duties
- Provide professional hair styling services including cuts, blowouts, and special occasion styling using advanced techniques such as hair extensions and hair threading.
- Perform coloring services with a strong understanding of color theory to achieve desired results safely and effectively.
- Offer additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance client satisfaction.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with industry regulations and store policies.
- Utilize salon software like MINDBODY to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process retail sales efficiently.
- Engage with clients through excellent customer service, offering personalized recommendations for retail products and upselling opportunities.
- Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing wait times, and supporting store management in daily operations.
- Mentor new team members by sharing expertise in hair styling, barbering (including straight razor techniques), and retail sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling, coloring, and grooming techniques.
- Proficiency in salon software such as MINDBODY for appointment booking and client management.
- Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation practices, and current beauty trends.
- Skilled in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, makeup application, and nail care.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members to ensure a positive experience.
- Experience with retail sales, upselling products, and retail math to meet sales goals.

Pay: $14.50 - $28.27 per hour
