Project Director

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Director to join our team and lead the planning and implementation of various behavioral health projects. This is an opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of those struggling with mental health issues, as well as contribute to the growth and success of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and manage all aspects of assigned behavioral health projects, including budget, timeline, and deliverables.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify project goals and objectives, create a comprehensive project plan, and set realistic timelines for completion.Lead and motivate project team members to ensure successful completion of project milestones and deliverables.Develop and maintain relationships with community partners and funding agencies to secure resources and support for projects.Coordinate and facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.Monitor project progress and identify any potential risks or delays, developing and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.Provide regular reports to senior management and stakeholders on project status, progress, and outcomes.Stay abreast of current trends and best practices in the behavioral health field, incorporating them into project planning and implementation.Qualifications:Master's degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management in a healthcare or social services setting.Strong understanding of mental health and behavioral healthcare systems and services.Excellent leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders and community partners.Experience in grant writing and securing funding for projects.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Passion for improving the lives of individuals struggling with mental health issues.We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits package.A supportive and collaborative work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.The chance to make a meaningful impact on the lives of others.If you are passionate about behavioral health and have a strong background in project management, we want to hear from you!
