- Greet customers in-store, listening carefully and recommending AT&T wireless solutions that lead to enrollment.
- Show the latest phones and devices, explaining features in simple terms to encourage purchases.
- Assist with enrollments, upgrades and trade-ins, and turning customer interest into completed journeys.
- Keep the store clean and welcoming, with displays that make shopping easy and drive sales.
Education & Experience Needed for the Entry Level Enrollment Representative
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Friendly communicator.
- Dependable and able to keep accounts accurate.
- Excited to move up in AT&T with a strong performance.
