Maynard Nexsen is seeking a highly motivated mid-level Associate to join its growing Labor & Employment Practice Group in South Carolina.
Maynard Nexsen is a full-service law firm with over 600 attorneys in 32 locations nationwide.
The Firm seeks a dynamic associate with 3-6 years of employment experience to join the team in the Charleston, Columbia or Greenville office. Ideal candidates are team-oriented, excellent collaborators, detail-oriented, and strong writers, with a passion for building genuine relationships with firm clients and their colleagues. Strong analytical and communication skills are also required, as well as a desire to obtain hand’s-on experience in all aspects of proceedings before administrative agencies and in state and federal courts. Prior clerkship experience and excellent academic performance are highly valued.
