Location: Fayetteville, AR
Pay Rate: $24.00 – $28.00 hourly, depending on experience and skill level
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM with occasional overtime available.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality TIG (GTAW), resistance welding, brazing, and fabrication on stainless steel, aluminum, and other materials.
- Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, specifications, and work instructions.
- Set up, operate, and maintain welding and fabrication equipment.
- Complete accurate production documentation including weld logs, job routings, and maintenance records.
- Perform proper pre-weld and post-weld cleaning, preparation, and finishing.
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Report equipment issues and assist with preventative maintenance.
- Support team productivity goals and continual improvement initiatives.
- 1–2 years of welding and fabrication experience in an industrial setting required.
- Formal welding education or certifications are a plus but not required.
- Experience welding stainless steel and aluminum required.
- Experience welding highly cosmetic/highly polished weldments preferred.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to use measuring tools and basic shop math.
- Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
- Ability to pass visual acuity requirements, weld test, and drug test.
- Temperature-controlled manufacturing facility.
- Exposure to hot materials, welding arc light, dust, and industrial chemicals (PPE provided).
