Job Description
Maynard Incorporated is seeking a diligent, detail-oriented, and skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team in Fayetteville, AR. As a key contributor to our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for producing high-quality assemblies by following detailed instructions, maintaining precision, and using pneumatic tooling. Previous assembly experience is required for this position.

- Assemble parts and components according to blueprints, specifications, and work instructions
- Set up and operate pneumatic tools safely and effectively
- Ensure accuracy using calipers, scales, and other measuring devices
- Complete all required documentation and paperwork accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Report equipment malfunctions and assist in tool upkeep
- Collaborate with team members and support cross-training efforts
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, and procedural documents
- Strong math skills, including fractions, decimals, and basic arithmetic
- Proficient in following verbal, written, and diagram-based instructions
