We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Billing Specialist to join our team. The Billing Specialist will support the accounting and project management teams with construction billing, job documentation, timekeeping, job costing support and accounts receivable administration. It is required that you have at least 2 years in construction/AIA Billing.
``Experience``
- 1-3 years in accounts receivable
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
-2 years experience with QuickBooks Desktop
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
-Ability to identify discrepancies rather than just entering information
-Preferred Construction Industry experience "Job Costing, T&M Billing, Schedule of Values, and Change Orders"
-Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
