Job Characteristics
- Order sorting and prioritizing shipments
- Assign selectors to daily tasks
- Responsible for training new associates
- Controls ship complete board
- Collaborates with customer service to determine order of shipments
- Answers selecting questions from associates
- Keen memory in regards to warehouse layout and inventory levels
- Computer familiarity with ERP (Macola)
- Close attention to detail in a fastpaced environment
- Written and verbal English communication skills
- Collaborate effectively and work well in a team environment
- Strict attention to safety procedures and guidelines including wearing all personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Willingness to keep and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Punctual and able to adhere to attendance policy
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience working in a manufacturing/industrial facility
