Compensation: Estimated $100,000 to $130,000 based on full-time employment bonus benefits. Compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and certification.

Our office is located in the Alaska Junction Neighborhood in West Seattle. We are located within a 3-minute walk of free parking, the C Line rapid ride bus system, many delicious restaurants, bakeries, and shopping. Traffic dependent- our office is 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes to Alki Beach. This calm location is a sweet stepping off point to the city.

We are open to full or part-time positions that are onsite or hybrid in nature. We are looking for engineers that have the following skills or are willing to work to acquire them quickly.

- 4 years of civil design experience.
- Professional Engineering License
- Western Washington Design Experience
- Interest in sustainable design and improving their communities.
- Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D. Candidates are expected to have the expertise to support project design and document production.
- Proficient with stormwater modeling using WWHM or MGS Flood.
- Proficient with local stormwater manuals and preparing stormwater calculations and reports.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with a collaborative attitude, a willingness to learn and mentor
