Role & Responsibilities:
- Able to work flexible hours including days, evenings, late nights/early mornings, and weekends
- Data entry utilizing excel and in-house systems
- Deliver exceptional guest experience
- Knowledge of IL, IN, WI Chicagoland areas
- Maintain professional relationships with direct guests, colleagues, and travel advisor partners
- Advise traffic solutions, and coordination when needed
- Assist with projects or other assigned projects
Qualifications
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Positive, can-do attitude
- Reliable and self-motivated
- A drive for delivering an excellent guest experience
- Willingness to participate in and adapt to an ever-changing environment
