About Mayflower Early ABA Services
Mayflower Early ABA Services is a small, BCBA-led practice providing compassionate, individualized ABA services to children and adolescents in our Hanover clinic and, when clinically appropriate, in home and community settings.
Our approach is naturalistic, relationship-based, assent-responsive, and centered on each learner’s strengths, interests, communication, emotional regulation, and quality of life. We use play, meaningful activities, and supportive peer experiences to help children build confidence, independence, friendships, and practical skills.
We are seeking a kind, collaborative, and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst who wants to play an active role in treatment—not simply oversee services from a distance.

Responsibilities may include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, providing direct BCBA services, facilitating small social skills groups, supporting caregivers, and supervising behavior therapists when applicable.
