Reports to: Branch Manager
Job Summary: Assist customers, employees, and other individuals with orders via phone and email.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints in a variety of ways including:
- Answering product questions and checking inventory
- Taking orders by phone and email
- Answering the phone and directing calls to appropriate person or taking message
- Responding to email inquiries or forwarding to appropriate party
- Follow company guidelines to properly account for all inventory movements and document handling arising out of the sale and delivery functions of the branch.
- Create invoices for customers.
- Assist salespeople as requested.
- Compile, copy, and sort records of transactions. Scan pick tickets and customer invoices into the system. Data entry of reports, orders, etc.
- Review daily and weekly status reports. Research and correct issues found on the report.
- Perform other tasks or duties as directed.
- Monday - Friday; 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Work Environment

- Must occasionally lift or move boxes of records weighing up to 15 pounds.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED experience.
