OVERALL PURPOSE/FUNCTION: Oversees the production team and maintain a high standard of production, product quality and safety.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Including but not limited to the following. Other duties may be assigned according to role and department needs.
• Oversee the production team
• Ability to maintain a safe and organized area
• Lead team members with high morale
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Complete paperwork in a timely manner, accurately, and legibly
• Promote and maintain good housekeeping practices
• Promote safety and maintains a safe and organized environment
• Operation and knowledge of machinery
• Exercise good judgment and respond positively to instructions and follow standard policies and procedures
• Operate a pallet jack
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
Education and/or Experience
• GED/High School Diploma
• Equivalent work experience
