Education/Experience:
- Must be a graduate of and have a certificate from an American Physical Therapy Association-approved program for Physical Therapist Assistant.

- Must be able to apply the theory of Physical Therapy
- Has the ability and competency to operate the equipment of his or her position and perform technical procedures
- Demonstrates excellent customer service

Essential Functions:
- Help develop and maintain a corporate culture that supports Mayfield Clinics' mission and values.
- Assist in the determination of proper procedures and methods, and assist in the evaluation of the results.
- Ensure the physician's prescription is carried out after evaluation by a physical therapist
- Prepare patients and equipment for treatment
- Must be able to instill confidence in patients, doctors, and personnel.
- Protect and maintain confidential patient information in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
- Must make decisions on his or her own; adapt to emergencies; alert to changes in the patients condition; alert to all activities of the facility
