What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Manager position at Mayfair Management LLC?
We are looking for a prudent, efficient and flexible property manager to be responsible for the direct management oversight of assigned commercial/residential properties. The goal is to maximize asset value, customer satisfaction and revenue.
Responsibilities
- Priority is to lease all vacant units that become available each month.
- To perform with an active calendar
- Manage all aspects of assigned properties interior and exterior maintain the efficient operation of said properties.
- Inspect and arrange maintenance of move ins and move outs to meet our company expectations
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract tenants
- Collect receivable accounts
- produce lease up report each month
- Oversee properties’ personnel to make sure the property meet the standards of what is required
- Source and build relationships with prospective clients to maximize lease up
- Collection of rents
- Lease renewal and recertification
- Responsible for insuring a professional appearance and oneself and all personnel at all times
- Adhere to regular attandance on the job

Skills
- Proven work experience as property manager
- Fully understanding property management
- In depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management
- Competency in MS Office and Quickbooks and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Must be able to work within a team setting and be willing to achieve results within a small company
- It is very important to be able to work within a small company and work to achieve the desired results.
