On-Site Compliance Coordinator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive On-Site Compliance Coordinator to join our team at Richcrest in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience with Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance, leasing processes, and community development programs such as CDBG. This role requires a team player who can effectively coordinate compliance activities to ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.

• Manage and maintain compliance with LIHTC, CDBG, and other applicable regulatory programs.
• Coordinate leasing activities to ensure all tenant files and documentation meet compliance standards.
• Conduct regular audits and inspections to verify compliance with program guidelines.
• Prepare and submit required reports to management and regulatory agencies in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with property management and leasing teams to resolve compliance issues.
• Provide training and support to staff on compliance policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to compliance activities.

• Proven experience as a Compliance Coordinator, preferably in affordable housing or property management.
• Strong knowledge of LIHTC regulations and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with CDBG program guidelines and compliance.
• Experience with leasing processes and tenant file management.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
