Make Ready Position at Villas on Independence

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient individual to join our team as a Make Ready at Villas on Independence. The Make Ready is responsible for ensuring that vacant apartments are thoroughly cleaned, painted, and prepared for new residents to move in.

Responsibilities:

• Performing general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, and dusting
• Painting walls and touch-ups as needed
• Replacing light fixtures, blinds, and other fixtures as necessary
• Inspecting and repairing appliances
• Ensuring that all work is completed in a timely manner

Requirements:

• Prior experience in apartment make ready or maintenance preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of painting, cleaning, and basic repairs
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects
