Mayersohn Law Group is growing, and we’re looking for a highly organized, tech‑savvy Marketing and Systems Administrator to support our marketing and admin operations, reporting workflows, and assistance with in-house AI automation marketing systems.

This position sits at the center of our operations and supports marketing, sales, reporting, events, and internal systems. You should be comfortable using technology, AI tools, automation platforms, and handling general IT troubleshooting in a fast-moving environment.

What You'll Do

Coordination, Administration & Special Projects

  • Support new marketing initiatives, workflow improvements, and AI‑driven projects using Claude and other tools.
  • Provide day‑to‑day administrative and IT support, from basic troubleshooting to coordinating with vendors and helping our in‑house team to keep systems running smoothly.
  • Participate in vendor evaluations and recurring GoHighLevel and automation support meetings.


Automation, Systems & Technical Administration

  • Help build and maintain funnels, landing pages, and automations inside GoHighLevel.
  • Use Claude / Claude Code to streamline workflows, draft communications, and support internal software.
  • Test workflows end‑to‑end (forms, SMS, email, landing pages) and identify issues before they impact staff or clients.
  • Support internal dashboards and AI tools used by leadership, intake, sales, and legal team.
  • Assist with CRM integrations, data migrations, and workflow troubleshooting across all platforms.


Marketing, Reporting, & Operations Support

  • Assist with Google Ads & Local Services Ads (LSA) tracking, lead verification, and monthly reporting.
  • Maintain accurate lead‑source tagging and campaign tracking across systems.
  • Support weekly after-hours networking events by assisting with guest check-ins, forms, review requests, follow-up, and ensuring each event runs smoothly from start to finish.
  • Support the firm’s Google review strategy through events and follow‑up sequences.
  • Monitor and review automated weekly and monthly reports for accuracy before they go to leadership.
  • Maintain reporting templates year‑over‑year and ensure data integrity across platforms.
  • Ensure data accuracy by reviewing, validating, and maintaining clean, reliable information across all systems and reports.


Training, Cross-Team Coordination

  • Occasionally assist with onboarding new intake staff by walking them through Google Sheets reports, internal tools, and department workflows.
  • Coordinate with leadership, intake, sales, and the legal team on new automations and projects.


What You Bring

  • Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple ongoing tasks.
  • High technical aptitude, specifically with Canva, Claude and GoHighLevel.
  • Experience with other CRM platforms, automation tools, or marketing systems preferred.
  • Comfortable with general IT and administrative tasks: basic troubleshooting, navigating integrations, and working with support teams and vendors when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate across departments.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong data‑verification and quality‑assurance habits.
  • Ability to work independently, troubleshoot issues, and support leadership.
  • Availability to work after‑hours for weekly scheduled firm events.


Preferred

  • Experience using Google Ads, Local Services Ads, Clio Manage, Quo, and Clio Grow, but not necessary - We will train.
