As the Client Intake Specialist, you’ll deliver the ultimate client experience from the very first call. You’ll be the reassuring voice on the other end of the line—listening with empathy, asking thoughtful questions, and helping clients feel understood and supported.
This is a vital role that combines customer service and administrative excellence, involving all aspects of client intake and retention. Success in this position requires the perfect balance of strong telephone skills, genuine compassion, and an investigative mindset to uncover the root of each client’s needs. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, eager to learn new tools that streamline workflow, and confident in managing both data and relationships. You’ll be working with multiple databases, so attention to detail and accuracy are key.
