Customer Service & Data Entry Specialist
Immediate Opening
Full Time: Monday-Friday
40 Hour Work Week

We're looking for an exceptional people person who can multi-task and enjoys working in team environment while supporting our Service Department Customers and Advisors.
Responsibilities:
- Contacting customers via phone, text and email to schedule the appoinment once auto parts on order have arrived.
- Contacting customers to schedule previous declined services.
- Scheduling appointments for customers who have a maintenance/warning light illuminated on their dashboard.
- Communicating with customers placing inbound calls, texts and emails to our Service Department for vehicle service and/or repair appointments.
- Data Entry reports utilizing numerous software-based programs, including all Microsoft tools for reporting activity.
- Utilizing our vehicle Appointment Software Platform (CareConnect) to schedule vehicle services.
- Other clerical functions to keep our Service Department running smoothly
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power-point)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including handling in-coming calls, responding to texts and emails.
- Excellent customer service and appointment scheduling skills.
- Friendly and professional tone when greeting and handling customers needs on the phone, text or email, including solutions.
- Dependable attendance, including on-time arrival to work.
- Reliable Transportation
