WHAT YOU’LL ACTUALLY DO
You will meet homeowners and guide them through one of the most important investments in their home. This is a professional sales role where you will:
- Meet with homeowners, inspect roofs, and identify storm damage
- Walk customers through the insurance claim process step by step
- Present clear, value-driven solutions and earn signed agreements
- Train weekly with leaders who are invested in your growth
Every conversation builds confidence, skill, and earning potential.
EARNINGS AND CAREER PATH
First Year: $75,000 - $90,000
Second Year and Beyond: $100,000 for every returning rep
Top Residential Reps: $150,000 - $160,000
Commercial Sales: Six-figure commissions on single projects
