Compensation Breakdown
- $35/hr based on experience commission-based performance bonuses
- Full-time Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–4 p.m.
- No required on-call, nights, weekends, or holidays. We’re a family-run business that values time at home and respects your time off as well.
- We provide a company van, fuel card, phone, and the best tools to help you get the job done right. If you need it to provide the best customer experience possible, we provide it.

Requirements
- 3 years of residential plumbing service experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners and provide solution-based recommendations
- Experience using tablets, mobile technology, and field service software
- Ability to lift and carry common plumbing equipment and materials (toilets, water heaters, drain cleaning equipment, etc.)
- Ability to work in various residential plumbing environments
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Positive attitude and commitment to self-improvement
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences

- Deliver quality installation, repairs, maintenance, and service that reflect the highest standards of craftsmanship.
- Communicate clearly and educate homeowners, building trust through expertise so they can make confident, informed decisions.
- Foster trust-based customer relationships through outstanding service experiences.
- Maintain accurate documentation through our software and contribute to a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement.

Pay: From $35.00 per hour
