Supply Chain Manager

We’re seeking a dynamic Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations — ensuring quality, performance, and on-time delivery across a global network of partners.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Oversee material inventory, production progress, and scheduling factors.
• Develop bid specifications and support materials compliance for procurement.
• Manage the Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) program.
• Supervise inbound and outbound product flow and ensure timely, quality shipments.
• Approve expenditures with proper justification.
• Analyze departmental data to inform decisions and actions.
• Define departmental goals aligned with company vision and values.
• Build cross-functional relationships to enhance organizational performance.
• Ensure employee training aligns with procedures, policies, and customer requirements.
• Serve as technical lead and oversee daily operations, scheduling, and assignments.
• Communicate effectively across all levels of staff and leadership.
• Ensure employees have necessary tools and support to succeed.
• Lead departmental performance, staffing, and recruiting efforts.
• Promote continuous improvement and process optimization.
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
• 5 years of experience in related field
• 3-5 years of experience as a supervisor or Manager
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field
  
  

Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work

• Full Time
• Generally, works Monday through Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm
• Occasional evenings or weekends, as needed
  
  

Supervisory Responsibilities

• The Supply Chaing Manager provides oversight, supervision and leadership of the Purchasing, PO Creation, Receiving/Raw Material, MRO, Kitting, and Shipping/Packaging teams
