Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop basic masking and masking removal techniques using various types of tapes, dots, and plugs
- Racking and un-racking parts for the plating process
- Responsible for clocking in and out of jobs using the Company’s ERP system
- Reading and interpreting documents such as work orders (job traveler)
- Verify product/part counts
- Visually inspect jobs and notify supervisor of any issues if necessary
- Adhere to company Quality and Safety standards, policies, and procedures always
- To meet the needs of our customers and colleagues, you are expected to be at your desk/station and ready to work at your designated start time
- High level attention to detail and manual dexterity is required
- Demonstrates the ability to communicate in English verbally and written
- Perform basic math skills efficiently and accurately (including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division)
- Ability to solve practical process or procedural problems/issues
- Critical evaluation and thinking
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- Must have an acceptable criminal history background check
- Must pass a drug test
- Occasionally moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one worksite to another
- Constantly repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Occasionally operating machinery and/or power tools
- Constantly communicating with others to exchange information
- Occasionally moving objects up to 20 pounds
- Remaining in a stationary position, sitting for prolonged periods
- Full time
- 2nd shift 2:45pm-11pm (Monday thru Friday)
- Overtime may be required
- May be asked to work weekends with little to no notice
