Operations:
- Manages all day-to-day operations of their store
- Assist in maintaining inventory levels of all goods
- Analyze store data and sales trends to achieve sales goals
- Ensures a clean and safe working environment are maintained
- Communicate with Regional Manager frequently
- Communicates with Assistant Manager and Scoop Crew on a daily basis
- Maintains control of company assets and reports to company accountant when there is a cash control issue
- Sets opening and closing check lists for store employees and maintains accountability
- Ensures customer experience is exceptional
Staff:
- Train and maintain Shift Leads and Scoop Crew members
- Supervise and guide team towards company/store goals and mission
- Attend bi-weekly regional meetings
- Attend all-team company meetings
