What You’ll Be Doing
- Perform commercial Refrigeration/HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance with precision and attention to detail.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex Refrigeration/HVAC systems to ensure peak efficiency and reliability.
- Work closely with team members and project managers to complete jobs on time and to the highest standards.
- Deliver high-quality service, taking pride in every job and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Continually improve your skills through training and hands-on experience.

What We Expect From You
- 3 years of commercial Refrigeration/HVAC experience, with a strong technical foundation.
- A problem-solving mindset and a drive to take ownership of your work.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- EPA Certification (preferred but not required)
- Washington 06A training card
