Position SummaryWe are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Warehouse Forklift Driver to join our team. In this role, you will support production operations by safely and efficiently handling all aspects of materials shipping and receiving. You will be responsible for verifying, staging, tracking, and documenting incoming and outgoing materials, ensuring they are moved and stored in the correct locations while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Review and follow the daily shipping and receiving schedule.Safely operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials.Verify incoming shipments against invoices, checking for accuracy, quality, and any damages.Report and document any discrepancies or issues with shipments.Ensure proper labeling, staging, and storage of materials in designated areas.Maintain accurate records and submit all required shipping and receiving documentation.Support physical inventory counts and assist with cycle counts as needed.Adhere to all company safety policies, procedures, and housekeeping standards.Comply with IATF 16949 quality system requirements.Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth material flow.Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support the warehouse and production teams.Company DescriptionMayco International is a technology-driven manufacturing leader headquartered in Sterling Heights, Michigan, with more than 7,000 employees across 45 plants worldwide.
