Schedule
- Monday through Friday
- Weekend rotation required
- Weekend shifts are shared among the operations team. As our team grows, the rotation becomes less frequent (for example, with two operators you would typically work every other weekend; with three operators, approximately every third weekend).
What You'll Do
- Operate and monitor feed mill and grain handling equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and mechanical repairs
- Weld and fabricate using MIG, TIG, and ARC processes
- Receive, store, and transfer grain safely and efficiently
- Load feed and grain into trucks while coordinating with drivers
- Inspect bins and equipment, including climbing ladders and working at heights
- Maintain accurate production and inventory records
- Keep the facility clean, organized, and operating safely
- Assist with general grounds maintenance and other duties as needed
What We're Looking For
- Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills
- Welding experience (MIG, TIG, and ARC required)
- Experience in feed milling, grain handling, farming, manufacturing, or a related industry is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable working in indoor and outdoor environments, including dusty conditions and varying weather
- Ability to work safely around machinery and at heights
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
