Job Summary
Seeking experienced CNC Machine Repair Technicians to perform electrical and mechanical maintenance on CNC machines and production equipment in a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, tear down, repair, and reassemble machinery following safety standards.
- Diagnose electrical faults, replace defective components, and perform routine adjustments.
- Use PLC/ladder logic for problem identification and resolution.
- Perform electrical testing and work from complex schematics and manuals.
- Troubleshoot printed circuit assembly boards.
- Ensure machines operate effectively by checking cycle sequences and making repairs.
- Report unusual conditions to supervisors and follow established procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Journeyman certification or 3 years of manufacturing maintenance experience (or 1 year related technical degree).
- Proficiency with ladder logic circuit diagrams, industrial motor control schematics, and blueprint reading.
- Experience troubleshooting and maintaining CNC machinery required.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
