As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in our residential program, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where adults can grow, thrive, and achieve greater independence.
Your Impact
- Support adults with daily routines including hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication.
- Create a positive, structured environment that encourages communication, socialization, and skill-building.
- Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional regulation and reduce challenging behavior.
- Partner with clinical, familial, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment plans.
- Provide transportation and community integration support for outings, appointments, and program transitions.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to support adults with diverse communication and behavioral needs.
- Experience with adults or individuals with special needs (preferred but not required).
- Competitive Pay: $20/hour ($21/hour with MAP certification).
