developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in
our residential program, you\'ll help create a safe, nurturing, and
engaging environment where adults can grow, thrive, and achieve greater
independence. Your Impact ? Support adults with daily routines including
hygiene, meals, dressing, and medication. ? Create a positive,
structured environment that encourages communication, socialization, and
skill-building. ? Use behavior support strategies to promote emotional
regulation and reduce challenging behavior. ? Partner with clinical,
familial, and healthcare teams to support individualized treatment
plans. ? Provide transportation and community integration support for
outings, appointments, and program transitions. What You Bring ? High
School Diploma or GED. ? Valid and current U.S. driver\'s license with
at least 1 year of licensed driving experience required. ? Patience,
compassion, and the ability to support adults with diverse communication
and behavioral needs. ? Experience with adults or individuals with
