We are looking for Direct Care Professionals to work with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities in one of our many residential or day habilitation programs. Now offering sign-on bonus to our new hires. $3,000 for 30 hours, $2,000 for 16-29 hours and $1,000 for 8-15 hours per week.

We are seeking compassionate Direct Support Professionals/Day Program Specialists to work directly with these individuals in one of our residential programs in the South Shore.

Schedules include full-time and part-time day, evening, and overnight shifts in the following cities:
Braintree, Holbrook, Norwell, Norwood, and Randolph

Responsibilities -
In this role, you will help our individuals live fulfilling and independent lives with dignity and respect by:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (toileting, bathing, nutritional needs, etc.)
• Supporting in skill development and mastering
• Participating in community integration
• Aiding in behavioral interventions and medication dispensing (training provided)
• Partaking in the implementation of IEP/ISP objectives and documenting progress

Qualifications -

• Previous human services/behavioral experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and at least two years of driving experience
