The role
Responsibilities
- Document patient encounters in the EHR in real time
- Prepare and update charts ahead of and during visits
- Accurately capture physician findings, assessments, and plans
- Support clinic flow alongside physicians and technicians
- Strong typing, listening, and communication skills
- Pre-medical, pre-optometry, or pre-PA candidates encouraged
- Willingness to learn ophthalmic terminology
- Reliable and detail-oriented
