Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee 2 construction projects simultaneously
- Ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints effectively
- Provide clear, detailed communication via email and in meetings
- Collaborate with staff, subcontractors, and team members
- Take ownership of responsibilities and resolve issues proactively
- Maintain professionalism, respect, and a calm demeanor under pressure
- Minimum 5 years of verifiable construction management experience
- Reliable work truck or van (company truck may be provided after probationary period)
- Class C driver’s license with a clean DMV record
- Own tools necessary for the position
- Ability to pull a trailer (a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing things right the first time
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
- Detail-oriented and proactive problem solver
- Natural leader and team player
- No ego; respectful and collaborative
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Strong written communication (especially detailed emails)
