Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee 2 construction projects simultaneously
• Ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and according to specifications
• Read and interpret blueprints effectively
• Provide clear, detailed communication via email and in meetings
• Collaborate with staff, subcontractors, and team members
• Take ownership of responsibilities and resolve issues proactively
• Maintain professionalism, respect, and a calm demeanor under pressure
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of verifiable construction management experience
• Reliable work truck or van (company truck may be provided after probationary period)
• Class C driver’s license with a clean DMV record
• Own tools necessary for the position
• Ability to pull a trailer (a plus)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to doing things right the first time
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test
