As the first point of contact for prospective residents, this role plays a key part in creating a welcoming experience and showcasing the lifestyle our community offers. Every day is a little different for our Leasing Consultants but the main responsibilities encompass all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention and interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
What are we looking for?
- 1 years of residential leasing experience is preferred
- Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and organized
- Knowledge of Yardi or similar software’s is preferred
- Ultimate team-player
