The Floating Lead Maintenance Technician provides hands-on maintenance support across a portfolio of multi-family communities throughout the Denver Metro area. Working from an assigned schedule, this role partners with onsite property teams to address maintenance needs, complete resident work orders, support apartment turns and make-ready schedules, and assist with planned and ad-hoc projects. The Floating Lead Maintenance Technician serves as a flexible, experienced resource who helps maintain property operations, supports timely unit readiness, and ensures work is completed safely, efficiently, and to established quality standards. This position requires strong technical knowledge, effective problem-solving skills, the ability to work independently across multiple locations, and a customer-service mindset when interacting with residents, vendors, and onsite teams.

Daily/Weekly Responsibilities
- Prepare or assist in preparing vacant apartments to a market ready-condition
- Respond to resident service requests (light bulb changes, minor HVAC, caulking, appliance repairs, filter changes, etc.)
- Perform on-call emergency service as required
- Assist the Maintenance Supervisor on special maintenance projects as needed
- Assist with keeping grounds and common areas free of trash and debris
Who and what skills are we looking for?
- A minimum of 2-3 years of residential maintenance experience including work orders and turns
- Moderate to advanced electrical, plumbing, HVAC, appliance repairs and general maintenance skills
- EPA Universal is highly preferred
- Energetic, responsible and organized
- A true team-player mentality
