Our Managers must maintain high standards of guest experiences, restaurant cleanliness, sanitation, food quality and employee and guest safety for both the FOH and BOH.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the execution of Maxwell's brand on a daily basis
- Serve as the point of contact for all customer service matters
- Familiar with POS systems and help to resolve any discrepancies in information
- Ensure all employees follow proper policies and procedures
- Follow all company standards for health, safety, sanitation, and security
- The Manager reports to the General Manager.
- Must have current ServSafe or be willing to obtain as well as state approved liquor certification
- Reliable and predictable attendance – must be available days, nights, weekends, & holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
