Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Carpenter to join our team. This role requires proficiency in traditional carpentry, coupled with the flexibility to undertake a variety of construction tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, safety-conscious, and eager to contribute to diverse project needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Carpentry & Framing: Construct and install wooden structures such as walls, floors, roofs, and staircases. Perform finish carpentry, including framing, trim work, and cabinetry.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to accurately execute project plans and specifications.
- Material Handling: Measure, cut, and shape materials to precise dimensions. Select and source appropriate materials for various tasks.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Ensure all tools and equipment are properly stored and maintained.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations. Report any hazardous conditions to the supervisor promptly.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.

Work Schedule
