Summary: Maxus is looking for a full-time industrial and manufacturing equipment financing sales representative in Cleveland, OH and / or surrounding states. The candidate will be responsible for cultivating new relationships and developing existing relationships to drive financing opportunities. This position involves working with Industrial and capital-intensive industries to finance equipment and capital assets. Direct sales experience in construction; industrial and manufacturing equipment is a plus.

Responsibilities:
• Origination of middle market leasing and lending transactions through direct prospecting within the assigned territory.
• Prioritization of high, medium, and low priority prospects within assigned database.
• Foster and broaden professional relationships and opportunities with existing clients
• Prepare and submit credit and documentation requests as needed.
• Maintain a high level of service to both existing and new customers
Job Skills / Knowledge:
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Essential use Capital equipment and/or Industrial equipment sales experience
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills
• Demonstrated ability to work closely in a team environment
• PC skills - experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Customer Relationship Management system
• Demonstrated ability to develop new customer relationships
• Equipment leasing and loan product knowledge
• Ability to travel within assigned territory as required
Strong Plus:
• Equipment leasing experience within the Financial Services Industry
• Commercial lending experience within the Financial Services Industry
• Direct sales of construction, industrial and manufacturing equipment
• Experience in credit structuring
