What are the responsibilities and job description for the Outdoor Evening Weekend Automobile Detailer position at MaxTour?
- We are a reliable and professional local tour company seeking a motivated individual for evening and weekend detailing work on our fleet of tour vans. We are entering our busy travel season and are looking for someone who can help support our current team.
- Hours per week will vary, but this role can expect 2 shifts per week on Saturday and Sunday evening, with more hours available around holidays and peak travel periods. This position's hours are directly related to seasonal volume, meaning more hours will become available during holidays and peak travel season (September - December).
- Work hours are approximately from 8PM to 12AM. Start time is flexible and can be later if needed. Days may vary, but weekend availability is required. The chosen candidate will need Saturday and Sunday availability.
- This is a highly independent position so you must be reliable, trustworthy, and able to work with minimal to no supervision. Position is outside so candidate must be comfortable with working in cold/hot environments.
- Duties include: vacuuming and cleaning the inside of our passenger vans, cleaning the outside of our vans (windows, body, windshield, ect), and stocking the vans with supplies needed for the next day's tour (food/beverage, miscellaneous items, and seasonal items).
- Scheduled performance reviews and pay raises at the 6 month and 1 year marks.
- Employees are eligible for company 401K program after 1 year of work.
- Hiring manager works evening shifts, so communication and interviews will occur after 1pm.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Experienced candidates highly preferred, but not required.
