Shipping Clerk
Full-Time, Regular · Shipping Department
We're looking for a detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to join our team. In this role, you're the last set of hands on our valve products before they head out the door — packing orders so they arrive in great shape, running a final quality check, and making sure every shipment goes out on schedule.
What you'll do:
- Handle final assembly and packing of valves and components, making sure everything is protected for shipment
- Run a last quality check before orders ship, and flag anything that needs attention
- Enter shipping details accurately into our systems and arrange freight pickups
- Work closely with the Shipping Supervisor to keep orders moving on their planned dates
- Maintain inventory of 2" threaded flanges and keep the baler running on time
- Cover the receiving department when needed, and handle a weekly inventory/shortage report
- Follow all safety procedures and wear the required PPE
What we're looking for:
- Experience in a manufacturing, shipping, or labor setting (shipping experience is a plus, not a must)
- Comfortable learning our shipping systems and everyday computer tasks
- Accurate, organized, and able to stay calm under pressure
- A reliable team player with good judgment and solid communication skills
- Able to lift up to 70 lbs, push carts weighing up to 1,000 lbs, and work on your feet for extended periods

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
